DAN BLOODWORTH

Dan is a Norfolk born, self-taught artist, who now lives and works in London. His art draws on, and combines, folklore, everyday life and Westerns, creating a fun and bold distinctive style.

When painting Dan plays with the depth in his works, building up layers he often works over scenes to create new ones leaving remnants peeking through. In his paintings you can often see the multitudes of scenes, colours or figures all on the surface of the canvas, these layers remind us of the time he spends with each work finding the scene he wishes to display.
